As a full time EHS Director at Buckeye Elm Contracting, I oversee the environmental, health, and safety management of various construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I have more than 10 years of experience in the EHS field, with a strong background in environmental science, health, and occupational safety. 
 
I am passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors, as well as minimizing the environmental impact of our operations. I have successfully implemented EHS software, conducted safety and OSHA certified training, and reduced workplace incidents and injuries by 50%. I also leverage my Spanish-speaking skills and pursuing my passion to provide consulting and education services to diverse clients and students. I am proud to be recognized as a nominee for the Safety Professional of the Year awards in 2020 and 2021, and as a Rising Star in 2021.
